The fare to be charged is determined by the number of continents (including that of journey origin) in the itinerary. Continents are defined as:-
  • Europe (including Algeria / Morocco / Tunisia) and Middle East (including Egypt, Sudan)
  • Africa
  • Asia
  • Southwest Pacific (Australia / New Zealand)
  • North America (including Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and Panama)
  • South America
Travel must be continuous in one direction with no backtracking & must begin/end in the same country.

  • Intermediate surface sectors are permitted at passengers expense. Mileage for surface sectors must be included in the Maximum Permitted Mileage calculation
  • For travel originating in Germany: only two German domestic sectors permitted
